Our Developmental Pathway Waivers supports individuals of all ages through various programs, services, and community resources. The following are the programs waivers offered.
The Supported Living Services (SLS) waiver provides a variety of services for adults with I/DD living in their own homes or with family in the community. This program is not a 24-hour program.

The State Supported Living Services Program (S-SLS) program provides a variety of services for adults with I/DD including pre-enrollment into an I/DD waiver and ongoing supports for those who do not qualify for LTC Medicaid.
The Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver provides access to 24-hour, seven days a week supervision through Residential Habilitation and Day Habilitation Services and Supports. There is a statewide waitlist for this program.

The Children’s Extensive Supports (CES) waiver helps children and families by providing services for children who have an I/DD who also demonstrate a medical or behavioral condition where constant line-of-sight supervision is regularly needed to keep the child and others safe. There is no State waitlist for this program.

The Family Support Services Program (FSSP) is a state-funded program that provides individualized support to families who are caring for a family member living in the home with developmental disabilities or delays with costs that are beyond those typically experienced by other families.

We work with skilled and experienced caregivers who provide excellent care at home. We offer help with personal care like bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as assistance with, and medication management.
Our program offers personalized therapy and community activities for individuals facing emotional, learning, and developmental challenges, empowering them to lead a fulfilling life.
We offer training and programs to connect people with developmental disabilities with local businesses and build meaningful employer-employee relationships.
